A semiconductor enterprise, being a big energy consumer, used to have lowly efficient mgmt. routines with limited improvement measures. Its energy consumption data was collected manually which was labor and time consuming. The data could not be shared and hence the energy improvement points could not be discovered. The enterprise already registered in the government’s carbon emission and quota control but lacked digital means to reach its carbon goals.
GETECH has helped the enterprise to realize the collection, storage, statistical analysis, energy-saving diagnosis, optimal control and comprehensive mgmt. of energy and carbon emission data across its six plants in Shenhui Park. While ensuring the stable operation of each system, energy consumption has been reduced and energy utilization rate improved. A digital and intelligent carbon emission mgmt. system of which the energy consumption is visible, ascertainable, and controllable, has been established. It is estimated that the overall economic benefit to the factory reached about 30 million RMB in 2021.
