GETECH Helps TCL Tong Lake Park to Build a Low Carbon Smart Park

Client: Intelligent Display Terminal Industrial Park

Outcomes:
Tong Lake Park is the R&D and manufacturing base of TCL intelligent display terminal. Covering an area of 700,000 square meters, the park has over 12,000 employees and over 35 million equipment capacity. GETECH have planned, designed and implemented the entire park framework, empowering more than 100 intelligent green application scenarios for office/production/life. The park has 8.27MW distributed photovoltaic grid-connected power and has reduced its annual carbon by over 6,000 tons.

Unified Consortium QM Platform of a Panel Display Enterprise

Pain Points:
•There used to be over ten separate quality systems, the data of which were not connected. The separate systems could not match the unified mgmt. service of the whole consortium, thus hampering the launch of unified quality standards across projects and production lines.
•The many quality systems, made for the old quality mgmt. demands were insufficient in functions. Higher demands for quality systems emerged when product quality and QM standards improved.

Solutions:
An integrated quality management system (Quality in One) that runs through the whole product life cycle of research, production, supply, sales and service has been launched in the consortium. Through multi-tenant, the data sharing and isolation has been achieved.
