TCL GETECH introduces AI technology into the industrial operating system, forming a global AI smart energy-carbon product system, and works with partners to build digital 'zero-carbon' enterprises.

According to reports, GETECH is an independent technology company strategically incubated by TCL. The Dongzhi Industrial Application Intelligent Platform it built is a national-level 'cross-industry, cross-domain' industrial internet platform (referred to as the 'double cross' platform) originating from the semiconductor manufacturing industry. This settlement in Hubei will play an important role in the high-quality development of local manufacturing and the new industrialization process.

Since entering Wuhan in 2019, GETECH has provided intelligent transformation consulting and diagnosis services to more than 500 Wuhan enterprises. Among them, the TCL Air Conditioning Wuhan Smart Manufacturing Base, which can achieve an annual production capacity of 6 million units and improve efficiency by 15%, is a benchmark achievement jointly created by TCL Air Conditioning and GETECH. He Jun believes that this base is one of the earliest 'smart manufacturing' bases in the home appliance industry to apply new technologies such as IoT and big data algorithms, and it is full of technological sense. From initial construction to current operation, the base has achieved digitalization, intelligence, and lean management, leading the industry.

Chen Shaolin, Vice President of TCL Industries and General Manager of TCL Industries Air Conditioning Business Unit, further introduced the characteristics of digital intelligence empowering the Wuhan base. First, it has leading digital intelligence production lines: 6+1 industrial internet platform + digital twin technology, improving efficiency by 15%; second, a smart black-light factory: fully automated production lines, 24-hour black-light production, full-process digital management; third, a green zero-waste factory: full coverage of park photovoltaics, with a total area of 94,800 square meters, and an average annual power generation of 9 million kWh. In addition, it has achieved sponge city intelligent water cycle, intelligent waste gas treatment, and intelligent waste-free discharge of wastewater, achieving 'zero-carbon' emissions.

Chen Shaolin said, 'From the client side, with the strong empowerment of Gechuang Industrial Internet Platform technology, we have built the TCL Air Conditioning Wuhan Smart Manufacturing Base as a benchmark project.
