A leading IGBT company, engaged in the production, sales, localization application services, and development support of automotive-grade IGBT power modules. Its factory fully introduces advanced equipment, production processes, and quality assurance systems, establishing automotive-grade fully automated IGBT module packaging and testing production lines and a highly integrated manufacturing system.



Based on its development strategy, the company has raised higher requirements for automation/intelligence:

The original EAP could no longer meet the needs of localized development, requiring an EAP software with stronger independent capabilities for automated integration, providing necessary data and information for systems such as MES, SPC, APC, and WMS;

The new EAP system needs to seamlessly switch from the original system modules to ensure uninterrupted business operations;

Introduction of an RMS recipe management system is required.


The EAP equipment automation system is the foundation for achieving intelligent automation and an indispensable part of the "localization of production systems" for semiconductor companies. Through multiple rounds of research and communication, Getech comprehensively assessed the feasibility of replacing the EAP system for the customer. Based on the customer's current situation, a project blueprint and detailed design plan were developed. Under the premise of retaining the original system functions, Getech's EAP+RMS system was used for replacement, optimizing core key functional points to achieve localization substitution and overall architectural upgrade of the EAP system.

3) Getech's RMS system centrally and intelligently manages recipe parameters for production line equipment, reducing losses caused by human operational errors;

4) Getech's EAP system configures core equipment parameters and events required by Keyusers, as well as multiple trigger conditions, efficiently, stably, and intelligently capturing important equipment parameter data, further enhancing real-time monitoring and automated control of equipment status, improving production efficiency and product quality, and reducing production costs.




By using Getech's EAP+RMS system, the customer significantly enhanced the autonomous control capability of the CIM system and achieved the following results:

Equipment ensures smooth interoperability of Work-In-Progress (WIP) processes, providing real-time insight into upstream and downstream conditions;

Independent operation controls equipment and production flow, ensuring the production process is unaffected by upper system abnormalities;

Configuring various triggers to capture effective data reduces the processing burden on upper systems, with message processing performance improved by 40%.


2. Increased capacity and yield rate

Collaborating with MES to automate the accounting of WIP materials, enabling product history traceability;
