GETECH Wins First Prize in 2025 'Data Element ×' Hubei Smart Manufacturing Track
August 12, 2025 'Data Element ×' Competition Hubei Sub-competition Final Smart Manufacturing Track concluded in Jingzhou, GETECH's 'Data-driven Energy Digital Management System' project, thanks to innovative advantages in data full lifecycle management and high-level application of data elements, stood out among 19 final projects and won the first prize in the track.
The 'Data Element ×' Competition is hosted by the National Data Administration, aiming to promote innovative applications of data elements in key areas of the real economy, accelerating data value release and industrial implementation. The competition includes local sub-competitions and a national final. The Hubei sub-competition, guided by the National Data Administration and hosted by the Hubei Provincial Data Administration, focuses on 'Data Empowerment Multiplied Upward' and includes 10 industry tracks such as smart manufacturing and 2 special tracks. Outstanding projects will be recommended for the national final.
As an AI-driven industrial intelligent solution provider, GETECH's 'Data-driven Energy Digital Management System' project addresses pain points in the semiconductor industry such as energy waste, inefficient operation and maintenance, and difficulty in carbon tracing. It integrates AI large models, scenario-specific small models, AI agents, big data, and other technologies, using a cloud-edge-end integrated architecture to build an energy digital management system covering the entire process of data collection, storage, governance, application, and deletion. This promotes deep application of data elements in scenarios such as regulatory compliance, carbon asset management, energy saving and carbon reduction, and energy usage optimization, helping enterprises make data-driven decisions to reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance benefits. Currently, the system has served over 100 manufacturing factories, reducing energy consumption costs by over 200 million yuan, lowering annual comprehensive energy consumption by 15%-20%, and improving management efficiency by 50%.
