Recently, Getech and a national-level R&D center in Malaysia reached a project cooperation, to build a CIM solution for its new 8-inch front-end production line, opening a new chapter in smart manufacturing. This collaboration marks Getech, as a leading semiconductor smart manufacturing CIM solution provider in China, deeply empowering overseas high-end front-end manufacturing customers and embarking on a new journey of "China Smart Manufacturing Solutions" going global.
As a key semiconductor R&D and manufacturing entity in Malaysia, its new 8-inch production line undertakes mass production tasks for specialized technologies such as BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) process, MEMS sensors, RF devices, power electronics (SiC, GaN), wafer-level packaging (WLP), etc., directly serving the Southeast Asian automotive electronics, industrial control, IoT, 5G, AI, big data, and other industry chains.
For this purpose, based on its technological沉淀 in the semiconductor manufacturing field, Getech has tailor-made a full-stack CIM smart manufacturing solution for the project.
