Exploring New Mechanisms for Industry-Education Integration: Getech Assists Ministry of Education's On-site Engineer Training Program

Recently, Getech with Guangdong Business and Technology University, Dongying Vocational College, Guangdong Communication Polytechnic, Guangzhou Engineering Polytechnic, and Nanjing Vocational University of Science and Technology successively held launch demonstration meetings for on-site engineer training, and officially signed cooperation agreements to jointly promote special training for on-site engineers and assist industry-education integration.
In manufacturing, on-site engineers who understand both digital technology and production business are regarded as the endogenous driving force for manufacturing digitalization.In October 2022, the Ministry of Education jointly with five departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice to launch the 'Special Training Program for Vocational On-site Engineers'. Aiming at talent-scarce technical positions in digital and intelligent occupational scenarios in key fields, to cultivate a large number of on-site engineers who are proficient in operation, understand processes, can manage, and innovate.
