Recently, Getech Dongzhi and Taiwan's semiconductor automation service provider, the global semiconductor EAP 'hidden champion' Facet, have officially reached a comprehensive and deepened strategic cooperation, both parties deeply integrate and develop synergistically to jointly promote the smart manufacturing upgrade of China's semiconductor industry.
Facet was founded in 2001 in Hsinchu, Taiwan, China, focusing on providing factory automation integration services, developing machine equipment automation EAP software, and is one of the best EAP software companies in the global semiconductor industry, serving semiconductor clients such as TSMC, UMC, Powerchip, Winbond Electronics, CXMT, Huahong, and Silan Micro.

According to the cooperation agreement, Getech Dongzhi fully acquires the ownership of Facet's EAP software suite source code in Mainland China, as well as exclusive sales rights and brand authorization, serving as its exclusive partner in the mainland region, exclusively developing the mainland market and sharing customer resources. Meanwhile, for overseas market expansion, both parties will join forces to promote China's semiconductor smart manufacturing solutions globally.
By absorbing Facet's world-class EAP products, technologies, and resources, Getech Dongzhi's comprehensive product competitiveness is greatly enhanced, and it joins the top tier of domestic EAP products. Based on a rich product portfolio and solutions, Getech Dongzhi will further build a top-notch digital foundation for semiconductor factories, empowering smart semiconductor factories.
