In the past, defect detection on TCL CSOT production lines mostly relied on manual judgment, with a dedicated department where employees stared at computer images to classify defects based on AOI device photos.
Now, with the help of GETECH's 'Tianshu AI', the production line has 'eyes' and a 'brain'. Using AI technology for defect identification not only greatly improves detection efficiency but also eliminates issues like missed inspections and misjudgments. Compared to traditional manual methods, Tianshu AI increases detection speed by 5-10 times and accuracy from 85% to over 90%.
