On August 31, Phase I of Golion's Smart Factory project was successfully launched. Dr. Huang Dubin, CEO of Golion, Dr. Li Nan, General Manager of Getech's New Energy Business Group, and representatives from both project teams attended the launch ceremony, summarizing the project's construction overview, blueprint functionality alignment, benefit analysis, and launch status.

After reviewing relevant documents and requirements and conducting a benefit analysis, both parties agreed that the project met its expected outcomes, achieving goals such as visual production decision-making, standardized management, and maximized benefits.

In December 2022, Golion partnered with Getech to officially launch Phase I of the Smart Factory project. Focusing on Golion's production and manufacturing as the core business and the battery production process as the vertical mainline, the collaboration aimed to streamline business and data flows across departments, standardize production execution, and build a complete product traceability chain.

Over eight months, the project achieved milestones including blueprint design, detailed design, system implementation, launch preparation, launch transition, and support. It accomplished 258 system function designs, 258 function developments, 86 device integrations, 485 SIT integration test scenarios, and 880 user validation test scenarios.

Addressing the mass production needs of new high-energy-density lithium battery processes, Getech, through systems such as MES, EHM, EAP, and SPC, has helped Golion achieve a data-driven, intelligent, and lean production and operation management model for the battery mass production line, ensuring refined production management, real-time production control, and transparent production processes.

Dr. Li Nan stated that Golion's strong emphasis on digital upgrade reflects its high standards for product quality. He believes the new smart manufacturing project will enhance Golion's core competitiveness and improve customer service. After the system launch, he hopes Golion will further utilize the system, optimize and integrate business data, and truly unlock data value to support high-quality development.
