Based on this, Zhao Zhi believes that semiconductor design fab quality management should be planned from four aspects:

Standardization: Transform traditional methods like paper records, manual transmission, and hand statistics into standardized processes, forms, and data to improve quality control capabilities;
Integration: Integrate with systems such as PLM, SAP, SRM, MES, YMS, CRM to eliminate information silos and promote unified information management;
Intelligence: Achieve full-chain data collection in production processes and quality control; automatically analyze monitoring charts, form experience libraries, and provide data support for designers.
