Supporting Industry-Education Integration, GETECH Selected for the Third Phase of the Ministry of Education's Supply-Demand Matching Employment Education Project
Recently, the Department of University Students of the Ministry of Education released the "Letter on Publishing the Application Guidelines for the Third Phase of the Supply-Demand Matching Employment Education Project." GETECH was selected for the project's enterprise list and will participate in the定向人才培养培训项目 (定向人才培养培训项目) and the就业实习基地项目 (Employment Internship Base Project).
In the定向人才培养培训项目, GETECH will propose specific talent cultivation and training needs to universities, providing support in funding, faculty, technology, and platforms. It will collaborate with universities to develop training plans, update teaching content and curriculum systems, and implement long-term systematic定向培养 (1 academic year or more) or short-term employment skills training (1 semester or several weeks), supplying urgently needed talents to employers.
In the就业实习基地项目, GETECH will jointly establish employment internship bases with universities, providing venues, equipment, and指导 instructors. It will offer ample internship positions annually, reserve talent resources during internships, and select and evaluate graduates, helping more graduates secure employment through internships.
As an active participant in this project, GETECH is dedicated to building a comprehensive talent cultivation and employment platform through close collaboration with higher education institutions. It provides graduates with diverse employment and internship opportunities while cultivating and reserving professional talents that meet future market demands for enterprises, effectively transforming corporate industrial resources into educational assets and jointly promoting the deep integration of education and industry.
Here, GETECH warmly invites universities across the country to actively participate in the project application. It looks forward to collaborating with institutions through共建共管共育 (joint construction, management, and education), providing graduates with more diverse and comprehensive employment options while cultivating more talents to meet the development needs of the new era industry.
Applicants and Application Process
· By 17:00 on December 31, 2023
Universities log in to the Ministry of Education's Supply-Demand Matching Employment Education Project platform, submit project information, and the stamped "Project Application Form";
· By 17:00 on January 15, 2024
Enterprises organize experts to review the university's "Project Application Form" and sign project cooperation agreements with qualified universities;
· By 17:00 on January 31, 2024
Universities log in to the Ministry of Education's Supply-Demand Matching Employment Education Project platform, submit校企合作信息 (university-enterprise cooperation information), and upload the "University-Enterprise Cooperation Agreement".
