Getech has always relied on its deep roots in advanced manufacturing, adhering to a "production-site-oriented" R&D direction, and is committed to the development and innovation of industrial software and factory operating systems. Through standardized platforms, industrial applications, and industry solutions, it meets the needs of manufacturing enterprises for smart manufacturing industrial software.
As the digital transformation of manufacturing enters a deeper phase, the integration of IT and OT has become increasingly evident. Getech will join hands with Phoenix Contact to fully leverage the advantages of emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and big data, empowering underlying equipment on the OT side. By driving the intelligent upgrade of equipment and edge control hardware through software and algorithms, and combining hardware and software, they will build the nervous system of Industry 4.0, accelerating industrial intelligence innovation and transformation.
According to the cooperation agreement, both parties will jointly invest resources, complement each other's strengths, and combine R&D market demands to co-develop a series of hardware-software integrated products, including virtual PLCs. They will further upgrade and optimize these products to meet the production requirements of Industry 4.0, enabling tighter integration of OT and IT and creating a truly implementable factory intelligent operating system that meets Industry 4.0 needs.
Additionally, based on each other's product and technological capabilities, they will jointly develop IT+OT integrated solutions, forging strong partnerships in smart manufacturing systems such as centralized control, to achieve more hardware-software integrated digital application results, better serve customers, and empower high-quality development.
Gu Jiandang stated that as a century-old German company with 30 years of roots in China, Phoenix Contact highly values the development of China's digital industry, and firm investment in China is a strategic consensus at the group level. The cooperation between Getech and Phoenix Contact should focus on long-term goals, fully leveraging each other's strengths and resources to jointly promote the innovative application of PLCnext Virtual Control, integrate new technologies of the digital industrial era, bring new solutions to industrial intelligence, and continuously empower global manufacturing users with innovative ideas and quality services.
He Jun stated that Getech and Phoenix Contact share a high level of alignment in their visions for industrial intelligence and digital transformation. Against the backdrop of manufacturing accelerating the use of intelligent means to improve quality and efficiency, the cooperation between the two parties is timely. In the new year, Getech will firmly implement a hardware-software integrated industrial intelligence strategy, further integrate Phoenix Contact's capabilities and technologies, and continuously strengthen the integration of IT and OT. He hopes that the cooperation will start with PLCnext, focusing on innovative hardware-software integrated applications, and create a benchmark for new industrialization in China.
As strategic ecosystem partners, Getech and Phoenix Contact will continue to jointly develop and implement new technologies, models, and products, attracting more industry forces to join and collectively build a new ecosystem for IT/OT integrated industrial intelligence development, accelerating the process of new industrialization.
