Targeting Gyon New Energy's business characteristics and needs, Gotiong Intelligent focused on production manufacturing as the core business, implementing digitalization around key areas such as production planning, process management, quality management, production process management, and equipment management to enhance business collaboration and information data sharing across departments. Using the battery production process as the vertical mainline and individual processes as nodes, it enforced control over equipment and personnel to adhere to process standards, ensuring compliance throughout the manufacturing process. While guaranteeing product quality, it achieved data collection and aggregation across the entire production process, automatically correlating and organizing data to form a complete product data package, enabling full traceability and building a solid data foundation for big data analysis and application.
Through systems like MES, EHM, EAP, and SPC, Gotiong Intelligent helped Gyon New Energy realize a data-driven, intelligent, and lean production operation management model for its battery mass production line, achieving significant results in intelligent production operations:
1. Implementation of systems like MES enabled end-to-end data integration;

2. Improved production management mechanisms ensured compliant production execution while achieving real-time monitoring, refined, and digital management of the entire production process, effectively supporting improvements in factory yield and capacity;
