Getech Marketing Director Yang Li attended and delivered a keynote speech titled 'AI Drives Industry, Digital Intelligence Empowers Manufacturing,' providing an in-depth analysis of AI technology applications in manufacturing business scenarios and offering new ideas for how the semiconductor industry can accelerate business success based on AI technology.
Yang Li shared that on the supply side, after integrating AI technology into the industrial PaaS layer, it brings about the reshaping of the self-iteration and endogenous growth capabilities of algorithm platforms and industrial large model platforms. Industrial AI software and hardware applications, integrating visual algorithms, statistical analysis algorithms, operations optimization algorithms, and simulation + control optimization algorithms, are ushering in a new round of growth in business scenarios such as quality optimization, full-cycle production operations, and production efficiency prediction in the era of smart manufacturing. The industrial large model platform has become a 'sharp tool' to assist IT+OT engineers in enhancing their R&D capabilities, refining new quality productivity by improving the efficiency of industrial software performance and process knowledge base tools. In July this year, IDC's report 'Progress and Prospects of Industrial Large Model Applications, 2024' pointed out that industrial large model applications have penetrated multiple aspects of industry. Among them, knowledge management/knowledge Q&A, data assistant/data Q&A, professional content production, and visual safety monitoring are the four most explored directions.Specifically, Getech's industrial software and hardware applications integrated with AI technology are accelerating the transformation of business scenarios and production tools. In Yang Li's view, 'AI in Manufacturing' is turning the dream of high-quality development in the pan-semiconductor industry into reality. In the practice of empowering through AI technology to solve smart manufacturing professional problems, Getech has served over 2,000 pan-semiconductor factories and has achieved AI-empowered results in many scenarios such as production anomalies and yield monitoring. In a project for a pan-semiconductor industry customer, Getech implemented an overall solution based on an industrial AI platform for yield monitoring, yield warning, automatic analysis, reverse control optimization parameters, and knowledge沉淀, helping the customer save about 100,000 yuan in labor costs per month and reduce defective loss costs by about 10%.
