On November 19, the 2024 China 5G+ Industrial Internet Conference kicked off in Wuhan, Hubei. With the theme "Digital-Real Integration, Leading Smart Manufacturing," the conference was co-organized by the News and Publicity Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Wuhan Municipal People's Government, and Hubei Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, bringing together hundreds of leading 5G+ industrial internet enterprises nationwide to showcase the latest achievements in digital transformation and upgrading of manufacturing.
In 2022, Getech was selected as a national cross-industry industrial internet platform enterprise by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, becoming the first such enterprise in Hubei Province; in 2023, Getech officially settled in Wuhan to build its national operational headquarters, demonstrating the company's commitment to the Hubei and Wuhan markets and its long-term development strategy. At the exhibition booth, Getech showcased application scenarios and practical cases of Industrial AI, covering AI-driven power, AI-digital integration, and AI industry leadership, empowering manufacturing digital transformation through AI. In the wave of digital transformation, "Industrial AI" is becoming a source of inspiration for many enterprises seeking positioning and breakthroughs. Clearly, with the support of the Dongzhi platform, Getech's path in "Industrial AI" is more than a step ahead.
Focusing on energy and carbon management, it launched a Multi-agent system for energy and carbon management, utilizing cutting-edge technologies like large models, AI algorithms, big data, and cloud computing to digitally manage energy input, consumption, and emissions, helping a leading semiconductor company improve efficiency by 30%-50%;In quality management, it offers integrated hardware-software services for defect detection in glass or panels using machine vision technology; For recipe control in semiconductor equipment, the company uses AI to optimize parameters from historical batch data and integrates RPA to simulate engineer operations, achieving a self-aware, self-driven closed loop. This practice saved tens of millions in investments for TCL CSOT exposure machine optimization and 11 production lines; In logistics automation, it synergizes AI algorithms with automated logistics hardware and software to optimize OHT crane sequencing, pathing, and efficiency in semiconductors. Thus, Getech's Industrial AI practices are flourishing comprehensively.
At this exhibition, Getech fully demonstrated multiple paths to empower industry digital transformation and its inherent Industrial AI DNA.In the exhibition hall, the atmosphere of AI empowering new industrialization was palpable.
On the afternoon of the 19th, the main forum was unveiled, with Tian Yulong, former member of the Party Leadership Group and Chief Engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Deputy Director of the Industrial Internet Strategic Advisory Committee, attending and delivering a speech. Experts and leaders like Academician Li Deren of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, Yin Wenkai, Deputy General Manager of China Tower, and Liu Wenqing, Vice President of the China Academy of Industrial Internet, contributed insights to 5G+ industrial internet integration. He Jun, Vice President of TCL Industries and CEO of Getech, was invited to participate.
In the main forum's roundtable dialogue, He Jun discussed AI empowering new industrialization with industry leaders like Jin Di, Deputy General Manager of China Mobile Research Institute's AI and Smart Operations Center; Shi Qinghua, Vice President of Baidu; Wu Weijie, Vice President of Beijing ZhiPu HuaZhang Technology; Peng Haibo, General Manager of Wuhan Yangtze Computing Technology; and Zhang Xu, Co-founder of APUS and Chief Scientist of AI Lab.

When discussing the current application of AI in new industrialization, He Jun noted that there is a "hot supply side but cold demand side" in AI, and varying depths in the use of large and small models, but he believes AI's value in industry is like "a spark that can start a prairie fire," emphasizing the need for talent cultivation and mechanism innovation to guide leading enterprises in practical AI applications. He made three predictions: First, AI is most likely to become the factory brain, enabling smart operations with minimal manpower; second, manufacturing uncertainties will always require human-AI collaboration, with AI Agents coexisting as advisors in a human-machine production model; finally, AI applications will extend from factories to management, moving towards digital twin factories to ensure accurate production and performance. During the conference, He Jun was interviewed by journalists from the MIIT News Center, Hubei TV, China National Radio Economic Voice, CCID Net, and The Beijing News, sharing insights on AI technology implementation.
With years of experience in the pan-semiconductor industry, Getech understands the challenges in manufacturing transformation. As a leader in Industrial AI and a top player in serving pan-semiconductor digitalization, it actively provides timely solutions.
Leveraging deep expertise in pan-semiconductors, Getech has developed numerous self-developed industrial software and, over the past two years, deployed smart equipment, empowering semiconductors through AI+CIM+AMHS integration. At the forefront of the exhibition, Getech showcased its AMHS solutions for semiconductor front-end and back-end factories, attracting thousands of visitors. The solution covers material transmission, storage, and OHT crane track design, with customized consulting and deployment at equipment and control levels. Getech possesses independent software like MES, RTD, and OHTC; through its hardware-software development and integration capabilities, it fully meets client needs for complete AMHS solutions. The cranes achieve a straight-line speed of 5.3m/s, positioning accuracy of ±0.5mm, and vibration ≤0.5G, meeting international standards and reflecting stringent quality requirements. The AMHS solution has been successfully applied in multiple projects, e.g., in an 8-inch military factory, the OHT system enabled fully automated handling, improving yield by 15%, capacity by 25%, and reducing labor by 80%.
In accelerating China's new industrialization, Getech will continue to innovate in "Industrial AI," leveraging core technologies to build new industrial ecosystems, support advanced manufacturing enterprises in high-quality development, and drive industrial digital transformation.
