Yang Li, Marketing Director of Getech, delivered a keynote speech titled "AI Activates Software, Accelerating New Industry," providing attendees with profound insights and cutting-edge perspectives on AI applications in the industrial sector. Currently, AI technology, particularly generative AI with its highly available and anthropomorphic pre-trained large models, brings unprecedented imagination to industrial intelligence. Yang Li mentioned that production management scenarios are the key focus of industrial AI applications, accounting for over 57%. This is due to the significant effectiveness of scenario demands, strong data accessibility, and high technological maturity. Based on Getech's industrial AI business layout and hands-on practice, the AI simulation platform developed by Getech for TCL CSOT's production management scenarios has achieved product digital twins, shortened development time, and improved development quality. In 2024, the LCD simulation platform generated total benefits of over 80 million RMB, while the OLED simulation platform generated total benefits of over 150 million RMB. In quality management scenarios, AI deep learning algorithms enable automatic defect detection, classification, and handling, identifying the causes of abnormalities and saving TCL CSOT approximately 50 million RMB annually.
