Ruijie Wei is a packaging and testing manufacturing solution provider that offers Chiplet & high-end chip design and full-process technology. It focuses on complex chip packaging design & simulation, large-scale processing manufacturing, and finished product testing; with hundreds of chip packaging project management and delivery experiences, it has served over 200 research institutes and high-end commercial clients.The project started in April 2024 and went live in December of the same year. Since the project went live, the client's production efficiency has significantly increased, production cycles have shortened, and delivery capabilities have greatly enhanced.
