The Launch Ceremony of Wuhan's New Technological Transformation Public Service Platform and Future Factory Promotion Center Concludes Successfully
On the morning of March 28, the launch ceremony of the "Wuhan New Technological Transformation Public Service Platform and Wuhan Future Factory Promotion Center," hosted by the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and undertaken by Getech, was successfully held at Getech Technology Co., Ltd. Attendees included Ding Xinghua, Deputy Director of the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology; Yin Zhouping, Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology; He Jun, Vice President of TCL Industries and CEO of Getech; experts from think tanks such as the China Academy of Industrial Internet, Hubei Saisheng of Electronic No. 1 Institute, and China National Machinery Planning and Research Institute; as well as representatives from over 10 financial institutions and more than 30 key enterprises, witnessing a significant milestone in the intelligent transformation of Wuhan's manufacturing industry.
In his opening speech, Ding Xinghua, Deputy Director of the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, emphasized that the three modernizations of technological transformation involve four aspects: high-end product technology, digital production manufacturing, ecological greening, and refined management. He stated that, through policy guidance, resource integration, and ecological collaboration, the bureau will promote the intelligent transformation of over 4,000 above-scale enterprises in Wuhan. By conducting phased, layered, and graded diagnostics, it aims to create a "Wuhan Model" for national technological transformation.
Yin Zhouping, Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, shared that the essence of intelligent manufacturing is a closed loop covering data collection, analysis, and decision-making. The cultivation of interdisciplinary talent in intelligent manufacturing requires the integration of manufacturing disciplines, information technology, and management fields.
After the speeches, Ding Xinghua, Yin Zhouping, and He Jun jointly took the stage to unveil the plaques. With the unveiling of the "Wuhan Manufacturing New Technological Transformation Public Service Platform" and "Wuhan Future Factory Promotion Center," Getech will gather forces from government, industry, academia, research, application, and finance to provide precisely tailored services for enterprises, marking the launch of the "Wuhan Model."

The Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Getech, China CITIC Bank Wuhan Branch, Huaxia Bank Wuhan Branch, and Yongwin Financial Leasing Wuhan Business Department signed a strategic cooperation agreement for future factory financial services.

After the ceremony, Getech and its ecosystem partners shared insights during the thematic session, discussing Getech's independently controllable industrial AI platform and innovative AI tools, as well as practical experiences in future factory construction and empowerment. The focus was on how to help manufacturing enterprises achieve intelligent upgrades through low-cost, modular transformation solutions.
Attendees visited Getech's Industrial Intelligence Innovation Base, experiencing cutting-edge application scenarios such as the industrial AI platform and semiconductor packaging and testing simulation production line.
As important backdrops for the event, the Wuhan New Technological Transformation Public Service Platform and Wuhan Future Factory Promotion Center publicly introduced their three core functional systems for the first time: pilot project management, technological empowerment services, and resource aggregation ecosystem. The construction and operation of these two entities will accelerate the transformation of Wuhan's manufacturing industry toward high-end, intelligent, and green development. It is estimated that over the next three years, they will attract more than 100 industrial chain enterprises to settle in Wuhan, forming a trillion-yuan smart manufacturing cluster.
This unveiling ceremony not only serves as a declaration of Wuhan's manufacturing transformation and upgrade but also marks the official launch of a new model of intelligent manufacturing characterized by government-enterprise collaboration and ecosystem co-construction. In the future, Wuhan is expected to become a source and trendsetter for national manufacturing technological transformation and innovation through the synergy of the "platform + center" model.
