Getech Attends Semiconductor AI Forum, Defines Four-Stage Leap Path for Smart Manufacturing
On August 7, Getech was invited to attend the Huawei and Qiushi Yuan Semiconductor Alliance co-hosted Semiconductor AI event. The company's Semiconductor Business Development Director Yang Jun attended and delivered a keynote speech titled "AI-Driven Smart Manufacturing in Semiconductors: New Strategies to Reshape Human-Machine Efficiency and Quality Costs" based on over 20 years of practical experience in semiconductor digital transformation. Yang Jun creatively proposed the "Three Integrations and Four Steps" smart transformation methodology, emphasizing "Moderate Intelligence is the Optimal Value Solution"", which resonated deeply within the industry.
In his speech, Yang Jun assessed trends in semiconductor manufacturing, noting strong demand for AI and HPC, higher process requirements for advanced packaging and wafer manufacturing, and the dual needs for quality improvement and cost reduction in the semiconductor field. He believes the industry should optimize quality systems and enhance product reliability under the premise of scale, while also reducing costs through mass production. Yang Jun explained how to achieve deep application of digital lean and digital operations with decision automation based on Getech's Full Auto CIM solution and cases of long-term empowerment for leading clients. He also innovatively proposed the "Three Integrations and Four Steps" to create a path for semiconductor smart transformation. This path also correctly explains the core essence of Getech's "AI+Industrial Software+Smart Equipment" three pillars, integrating software and hardware to empower the entire process of digital development in semiconductor smart factories.
Specifically, the Three Integrations and Four Steps involve the integration of lean, informatization, and automation to drive digital collaboration of end-side elements including man, machine, material, method, environment, and measurement, and implement the four-stage leap path including data connectivity and automation control, business process informatization, actionable digital operations, and intelligent data insights, accelerating the achievement of极致 human efficiency, yield, and cost. This path has been continuously突破 in Getech's semiconductor practice. Taking the data connectivity and automation control step as an example, Getech built an EAP equipment automation platform based on SEMI standards, achieving "drop and walk" unmanned operations, helping a leading power semiconductor company upgrade key systems such as EAP, RMS, and EDA, improving system performance by 40% and significantly increasing the human-machine ratio. Yang Jun also拆解ed the actionable digital operations implementation case, where Getech used the 5C method (Plan, Organize, Command, Control, Coordinate) to introduce an RTS smart scheduling system for a wafer fab to solve "highWIP dependency", reducing unplanned downtime by 50% and generating annual revenue of approximately 9.73 million yuan. Towards the end, Yang Jun shared the infinite possibilities and practical results of AI in accelerating data standardization, monitoring modeling, and comprehensive analysis through a case where AI helped a semiconductor customer achieve极限 yield goals.
As is well known, semiconductors have always been a strategically focused industry for Getech. In the semiconductor field, Getech's independently controllable "AI+CIM+AMHS" solution accelerates domestic substitution, serving dozens of leading semiconductor companies in China to complete yield improvement and capacity leap. Overseas, the company has successively helped multiple clients in Singapore and Malaysia complete CIM system construction and launch, with project delivery cycles far exceeding the market average and 100% customer satisfaction.
Currently, AI technology is penetrating from single-point applications to the entire value chain. Getech will continue to deepen the application of industrial AI in core scenarios such as semiconductor equipment control and process optimization, building an open semiconductor AI digital intelligence ecosystem. At the same time, the company will further accelerate its global layout, focusing on expanding into high-end manufacturing markets in regions such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
