Recently, Yangzhou Guoyang Electronics and Getech reached an in-depth cooperation and officially launched the Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) system project. The project focuses on the workshops on the first and second floors of the Yangzhou base as the core implementation scenarios. By deploying systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System), EAP (Equipment Automation System), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and WMS (Warehouse Management System), it aims to achieve 'full-process traceability, upstream-downstream collaboration, and refined manufacturing,' laying a solid smart manufacturing foundation for the company's development in the power semiconductor field.

CIM System: Building a 'Five-Dimensional Capability System'

Full-Process Traceability Capability

By deeply associating work orders with materials, process parameters, and inspection results, the system enables forward traceability from raw material storage to finished product delivery and reverse traceability from customer feedback to production processes. In the future, if a product quality issue arises, it can quickly pinpoint the specific process, equipment, and operator, greatly improving problem-solving efficiency.

Full Value Chain Collaboration Capability

Through deep integration with systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), OA (Office Automation), and WMS, the project will horizontally connect the entire value chain of R&D, production, procurement, sales, and service, and vertically link raw material suppliers and end customers, forming a closed-loop collaboration of 'order-scheduling-material requisition-production-delivery.' This will effectively enhance supply chain collaboration management and upstream-downstream response speed.

Intelligent Equipment Management Capability

Through the EAP system, automatic equipment data collection and remote Recipe (process formula) delivery will be achieved, reducing risks from manual operations. Meanwhile, the SPC system will monitor key inspection data in real time, generating control charts through statistical analysis. If parameter abnormalities are detected, warnings will be issued immediately, helping to improve product yield.

Refined Production Management Capability

Relying on the MES system, strict control and precise guidance will be implemented for each process's production, inspection, repair, and delivery, enabling full-process management and traceability of production lines. This will improve operational efficiency while eliminating MO (human error).

Data-Driven Decision-Making Capability

By integrating full-dimensional data from production, equipment, quality, logistics, and more, key indicators such as capacity load, yield trends, and inventory levels will be presented on visual dashboards. This will provide management with data-driven decision support, moving away from traditional 'experience-based judgment' and making decisions more accurate and scientific.
