GETECH successfully won CIM full-factory projects for a Yangzhou IGBT/SiC power semiconductor company and a Shaoguan high-power semiconductor laser company, demonstrating its ability to provide comprehensive, integrated CIM construction from top-level planning to implementation, enabling full-link digital control of manufacturing processes.

02 Breakthroughs in Core Systems like EAP/SPC

EAP (Equipment Automation System): Secured projects for a Changzhou third-generation semiconductor power device company, a Fujian packaging and testing company, and a Wuxi RF chip company. With stable and efficient equipment connectivity and data collection technology, it lays a solid automation foundation for chip manufacturing across different technical routes, enabling real-time monitoring and precise analysis of equipment data;

RMS (Recipe Management System): Won a project for a Hunan power semiconductor wafer manufacturing company, helping customers optimize production process parameters and improve product consistency and stability through refined management of process recipes;

SPC (Statistical Process Control System): Served a Hunan semiconductor IDM company, a Xiamen optoelectronic integrated sensor company, and a Malaysian OSAT company's Suzhou factory. Through precise monitoring and data analysis of process flows, it detects production anomalies and issues warnings in a timely manner, helping customers achieve continuous improvement in product yield.

03 Specialized Application Support

E-Mapping (Equipment Mapping): Won a project for a Foshan semiconductor device packaging and testing company. By building an accurate equipment status mapping system, it significantly enhances equipment status monitoring and full-process traceability, providing data support for equipment maintenance and production scheduling.

WMS (Warehouse Management System): Served a Hunan semiconductor IDM company, achieving full-process digital control of semiconductor materials from procurement to production usage through intelligent inventory management, precise material traceability, and optimized inbound and outbound processes.
