The company's CEO, He Jun, a 'cross-border' figure who transitioned from a foreign tech company to industrial internet, is leading the team to make industry smarter.

 

 

 

1、 Build Independent Industrial Software and Intelligent Systems

 

'Our most distinctive feature is industrial models, with nearly 30,000 mechanism models accumulated, ranking first in the country,' He Jun proudly stated, noting that these models lay a solid foundation for AI transformation in manufacturing.

 

He Jun introduced that GETECH is an AI-driven industrial intelligent solution provider, focusing on high-end manufacturing fields such as semiconductor materials and semiconductor display, building a technology system with AI artificial intelligence, industrial software, and intelligent equipment as the three strategic pillars. Among them, the CIM system, as the core software suite of semiconductor digital factories, integrates various industrial software such as MES, SPC, FDC, and EAP, achieving comprehensive digitalization of production control and equipment management.

 

In recent years, the company has achieved multiple breakthrough results in innovative applications, implementing AI visual inspection systems to replace manual inspection at TCL CSOT, with an overall defect detection accuracy rate of over 99%.

 

Additionally, GETECH developed an equipment knowledge base assistant—Xiao Luban, a knowledge base system integrating ten years of equipment engineer experience. New engineers can use this tool to quickly handle complex equipment issues, greatly improving operational efficiency.

 

Moreover, addressing the pain point of high energy consumption in high-end manufacturing plants, GETECH developed an energy-carbon plant management system to help semiconductor enterprises monitor carbon emissions and electricity usage, optimizing energy efficiency through algorithms, giving factories 'low-carbon genes.' To date, it has served over 100 manufacturing plants, reducing consumption by over 200 million yuan, lowering annual comprehensive energy consumption by 15%-20%, improving management efficiency by 50%, and becoming a benchmark solution for industrial green transformation.

Since 2019, GETECH has relocated its headquarters to Wuhan Optics Valley, deeply involved in the digital transformation of Hubei's manufacturing industry. 'We have been involved in Wuhan's manufacturing technical transformation plan since 2019, providing technical transformation consulting to over 800 enterprises in the province,' He Jun introduced. In He Jun's view, artificial intelligence will become the core of future competition in Chinese manufacturing. 'If the first half was industrial internet enhancing manufacturing competitiveness, the second half is artificial intelligence. AI will deeply integrate software and hardware, leading factories to the 'super intelligent' era of human-machine collaboration.'

 

He Jun proposed the 'ABCDE' integration framework—Algorithm, Big Data, Computing, Domain Knowledge, Equipment—noting that only with the synergy of all five can industrial intelligence be truly realized.

 

He Jun believes that Chinese manufacturing enterprises must realize that the competitiveness driven by labor advantages in the past will no longer be the main advantage. Future competition will focus on how to apply AI to production, R&D, and operations.

 

 

 

3、 Cross-Border Entrepreneurship, Reshaping Manufacturing with Technology

He Jun's personal journey itself is an entrepreneurial story marked by the courage to transcend boundaries and the boldness to break through. In 2018, he transitioned from a foreign tech corporate background into the industrial internet sector, leading GETECH from an internal incubation within TCL to the forefront of the industry.

 

'I had no manufacturing experience before, but I realized that what Chinese manufacturing lacks is not people who understand manufacturing, but those who can bring new technologies into manufacturing and achieve integrated innovation,' He Jun said. 'What we need is the belief to reshape industry with technology.' It is this 'dare to be the first' spirit that drove him and the team to refine products in China's world-class manufacturing environment, ultimately making GETECH a leading enterprise in China's industrial intelligence field.

 

For the future, He Jun proposed two keywords: 'integration' and 'going global.' 'In the future, there will be no absolute software or hardware; AI will integrate everything. We need to truly help Chinese manufacturing enterprises move towards the next super intelligent era.'
