Co-building a New Ecology for Industrial Software: GETECH Details Industrial AI Implementation Methodology at Yujiashan Forum
On December 21, the second Industrial Software Yujiashan Forum with the theme "Wisdom Gathers in Jiangcheng, Co-creating a New Ecology for Industrial Software" was grandly held in Wuhan. The forum was hosted by Huazhong University of Science and Technology, bringing together leaders from Hubei Province, Wuhan City, university heads, hundreds of academicians, experts, scholars, and representatives of leading enterprises in the industrial software field to discuss the cutting-edge trends and ecosystem construction of industrial digitalization and intelligence. Dr. Li Nan, General Manager of GETECH's Advanced Manufacturing Division, was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech titled "The Integration Path of AI and Industrial Software," systematically sharing GETECH's thoughts and practices on industrial AI technology evolution, scenario implementation, and future paradigms.

From GETECH's exploration and practices in multiple industrial AI scenarios such as quality AI small model, equipment intelligence AI small model, and energy and carbon AI small model, Li Nan demonstrated the feasibility and practical value of industrial AI in real manufacturing environments. With the further upgrade of large model and agent technologies, the integration of AI and industrial software is transitioning from scenario empowerment to comprehensive intelligent application stages.
In terms of development trends, Li Nan stated that the next-generation AI represented by large model and agent technologies is reshaping the relationship between people, systems, and data. The traditional "human operating system" model is shifting to "human and agent collaboration," and eventually moving towards a new paradigm of "multi-agent autonomous execution, with results actively reaching decision-makers." Based on this, GETECH has developed a series of applications such as "production execution agent," "quality review agent," and "abnormality analysis agent," achieving an operational model where the system executes autonomously and personnel focus on decision-making, with production efficiency increasing by over 3%, new product verification efficiency increasing by 30%, and the number of abnormal events decreasing by 70%.

However, the path to integrating AI and industrial software is not smooth. Although the integration has entered the deep end, it still faces real obstacles such as how to overcome industrial data heterogeneity, business process fragmentation, and engineering implementation complexity. Centered on this assessment, Li Nan provided sustainable suggestions for agent engineering implementation, emphasizing that it must possess four key capabilities: agent orchestration, tool and skill orchestration, data orchestration, and knowledge base orchestration. He also stressed the need to grasp three key elements for AI implementation: accumulating depth in AI technology, understanding of the industry domain, and system development capabilities, to ensure the outcomes of industrial AI implementation.

As an industrial AI leader strategically incubated by TCL, GETECH has continuously promoted the deep integration of industrial software and AI in recent years, forming the three strategic pillars of "AI + industrial software + intelligent equipment." It has cumulatively implemented over 150 AI projects in multiple scenarios such as production, quality, energy and carbon, and logistics automation, continuously validating feasible paths for industrial AI to move from demonstration applications to systematic implementation.
The speech at the Yujiashan Forum also highlighted GETECH's distinct role positioning compared to traditional industrial software vendors. The company does not start from industrial software functions but rather takes the manufacturing system as the origin, continuously exploring practical paths for the co-evolution of industrial software and AI. Its experience provides engineering-valuable references for how current industrial software can embrace AI.
In the future, GETECH will continue to enhance the comprehensive intelligent application and decision-making accuracy of industrial AI in advanced manufacturing, helping Chinese industrial enterprises move towards the stage of autonomous governance and digital intelligence, achieving systemic breakthroughs and sustainable leadership on the path of high-quality development.
