On January 6, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony of TCL Industries, CR MICRO, Zhonghuan Advanced, and GETECH was successfully held in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. The parties collaborated around product applications, technology synergy, ecosystem co-construction, and joint innovation, aiming to build a vertically integrated industry chain ecosystem from upstream raw materials, semiconductor intelligent manufacturing to end-product joint innovation applications, collectively addressing the national strategic requirements during the 'Fifteen Five' period to develop new quality productivity and advance high-end manufacturing self-reliance and control.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by TCL Industries CEO Du Juan, CR MICRO Chairman He Xiaolong, TCL Zhonghuan CEO and Zhonghuan Advanced General Manager Wang Yanjun. TCL Industries Vice President and GETECH CEO He Jun, CR MICRO Marketing Department General Manager Wang Ming, and TCL Zhonghuan Marketing Deputy General Manager Li Bin signed the agreements on behalf of each party, respectively. This marks the formal establishment of the strategic cooperation relationship, building a complete industry ecosystem closed-loop from upstream raw materials, semiconductor intelligent manufacturing to end-product joint innovation applications.

As an important part of the cooperation, GETECH will jointly build an industrial software and AI innovation center with CR MICRO. Leveraging both parties' accumulated experience advantages in the semiconductor field, including CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing System) localization, AI practices, scale leaps, and diversified synergy, to strengthen the digital and intelligent foundation of domestic semiconductor manufacturing, support China's semiconductor industry in completing the localization journey of production stability, efficiency improvement, cost control, agile response, continuous optimization, and long-term operation, enhancing sustainable development capabilities to navigate industrial cycles.
