Getech Selected for 2018 IoT Integration Innovation and Application Project
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released the list of 2018 IoT Integration Innovation and Application Projects. Getech's 'Intelligent Production Monitoring and Quality Inspection Project Based on Industrial IoT' was successfully selected.
To implement the 'State Council's Guidance on Promoting the Orderly and Healthy Development of IoT' and the 'IoT Chapter of the Information and Communication Industry Development Plan,' and to accelerate the construction of an internationally competitive industrial system, MIIT organized the collection of 2018 IoT Integration Innovation and Application Projects. The initiative focuses on key IoT application areas, technological breakthroughs, and service support systems, aiming to gather innovative IoT projects, improve the industrial ecosystem and support service systems, and promote integrated innovation and large-scale development of the IoT industry.

In the 'Intelligent Production Monitoring and Quality Inspection Project Based on Industrial IoT,' Getech deploys numerous sensors in the production process. Through intelligent gateways, data is transmitted and collected in real-time to the IoT cloud platform, where it is stored, managed, and maintained. This supports real-time monitoring and analysis of factory production equipment, safety, environment, quality, and other aspects. Using AI technology, the project enhances precise analysis of quality inspection data, accurately predicts key quality indicators, and builds a real-time, automated quality parameter measurement and correction system. It accurately predicts the quality characteristics of each product and integrates with the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to adjust sampling frequency, laying a solid foundation for comprehensive quality control and reducing the production of abnormal products.
Through this project, Getech integrates industrial IoT and industrial intelligent applications to create a foundational network connecting machines, materials, people, information systems, and data systems. After intelligently transforming existing production equipment, it achieves comprehensive perception, dynamic transmission, real-time analysis, and closed-loop control of industrial data, forming a complete IoT-based intelligent production solution. This supports scientific decision-making and intelligent control in production, significantly improving resource allocation efficiency and product quality while reducing production cycles and costs.
At the expert review meeting, scholars and experts from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Development Research Center of the State Council, the National Informatization Expert Advisory Committee, the National Manufacturing Strategy Advisory Committee, and other institutions highly praised Getech's project. They considered it technologically advanced, with outstanding demonstration effects, strong industrial drive, and scalable application potential, making it a widely promotable IoT innovation project.
