From December 10 to 12, 2018, the 9th Plenary Meeting of the Industrial Internet Industry Alliance Working Group was held in Shenzhen, with nearly 600 experts, enterprises, and other alliance member representatives from various industries participating. During the meeting, various working groups of the alliance conducted discussions on topics such as industrial internet platforms, industrial applications, testbeds, technical standards, security, and vertical industries. GETECH participated in this plenary and engaged in the work of multiple alliance working groups. At the plenary, GETECH shared outstanding projects on equipment interconnection and full lifecycle management, intelligent production monitoring and quality inspection, which were highly recognized by the attending experts.

GETECH Solutions Expert Li Nan Shares Cases On-site

In the meetings of the Industrial Internet Platform Group and the Industrial APP Group, GETECH solutions expert Li Nan, smart manufacturing experts Zhou Jing and Wu Qiang shared multiple outstanding projects, including intelligent production monitoring and quality inspection based on industrial IoT, automatic defect identification and classification based on machine vision and artificial intelligence, production quality improvement and management, real-time production line scheduling, product quality traceability, and virtual measurement.

Among them, the "Intelligent Production Monitoring and Quality Inspection Project Based on Industrial IoT" developed by GETECH was selected for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's 2018 IoT Integration Innovation and Application Project. Through this project, GETECH integrates industrial IoT and industrial intelligent applications to create a foundational network connecting machines, materials, people, information systems, and data systems. After intelligent transformation of existing production equipment and devices, it achieves comprehensive perception, dynamic transmission, real-time analysis, and closed-loop control of industrial data, forming a complete IoT-based intelligent production solution to support scientific decision-making and intelligent control in enterprise production, significantly improving production resource allocation efficiency and product quality, while reducing production cycles and costs.

GETECH Smart Manufacturing Expert Zhou Jing Shares Cases On-site

The automatic defect identification and classification system based on machine vision and artificial intelligence was recognized as a benchmark for industrial internet application in Guangdong Province in November 2018. This system effectively addresses the issue where AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) equipment can only locate defects but cannot identify defect types. It significantly reduces factory labor input, improves the accuracy of defect judgment and classification, and advances anomaly interception by 1-2 hours. It is one of the few projects that successfully combines machine vision and deep learning and implements them in practice, making successful explorations in the field of industrial intelligence. It has broad demand and application scenarios in appearance inspection and defect detection in sectors such as semiconductors, 3C electronics, steel, energy, and automotive.
