Getech Elected as One of the First Council Members of Shenzhen Industrial Internet Alliance
Recently, the Shenzhen Industrial Internet Conference, themed "Industrial Interconnection, Intelligent Manufacturing Future," was held at the Civic Center. The conference was hosted by the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, with attendees including Wang Lixin, Vice Mayor of Shenzhen, and Jia Xingdong, Director of the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. The event also featured the unveiling ceremony of the Shenzhen Industrial Internet Alliance and the recognition of Shenzhen Industrial Internet Application Benchmark Enterprises. Getech attended the conference as one of the first council members of the Shenzhen Industrial Internet Alliance.
The conference announced the list of enterprises recognized as Shenzhen Industrial Internet Application Benchmarks. Getech's Huaxing Optoelectronics Smart Factory Construction Project was selected as a model application for network collaborative manufacturing in domestic high-generation display panel enterprises, showcasing excellence in informatization, automation, and intelligent manufacturing.
The project targets the liquid crystal panel industry and its upstream and downstream enterprises, achieving inter-enterprise data collaboration, interconnection of software and smart devices within enterprises, and mutual perception between devices and the environment. From automated equipment production organization, sensing, and control to production planning and decision-making across the entire process, it accomplishes highly coordinated and intelligent smart factory construction, enabling networked manufacturing resource collaborative management and ultimately achieving intensive production management goals.
Through the smart factory construction project, Huaxing Optoelectronics has achieved interconnection across the entire production chain, significantly improving market responsiveness, shortening delivery cycles, reducing production costs, and markedly enhancing corporate efficiency and competitiveness. In recent years, Huaxing Optoelectronics has invested over 100 million yuan, pioneering the introduction of Getech's industrial internet technology in China, resulting in a 25% reduction in operating costs, a 32% shortening of product upgrade cycles, and a 23% increase in production efficiency.
Currently, industrial internet has become the common choice for major industrial powers to achieve intelligent manufacturing and seize the high ground in international manufacturing competition.
