Phase 1 of GETECH Platform Successfully Launched at TCL CSOT, Boosting Smart Manufacturing
Recently, the Dongzhi Industrial Application Intelligent Platform (hereinafter referred to as the Dongzhi Platform), independently developed by GETECH, was successfully launched at TCL CSOT. This marks the smooth implementation of the smart factory construction project led by GETECH and signifies that GETECH has entered the commercial application stage of industrial internet technology, reaching a new level in the industrial internet field.
As a leader in the panel industry, TCL CSOT has already achieved full automation integration in its production lines. However, data between different devices remained isolated, preventing on-site production personnel from timely and effectively identifying data anomalies. Additionally, data interconnection was not realized, leaving the true value of data largely untapped.
Based on the existing TV panel production line scenarios at TCL CSOT's T1 and T2 factories, GETECH focused on the production site to design and develop a one-stop industrial IoT solution. This solution includes data collection, equipment management visualization, and other features, tailored specifically for TCL CSOT with the Dongzhi Platform.
Currently, the Dongzhi Platform has integrated nearly ten thousand sets of factory data at TCL CSOT, completely revolutionizing the data management workflow: factory data viewing has shifted from post-event tracking to real-time monitoring, and on-site inspections have transitioned to online tracking. Through the platform's interface tools, eight applications have been developed, covering projects such as chlorine gas, HPCP, TTP, and leakage, meeting the multi-departmental monitoring needs of users. Additionally, with the platform's alarm notification function, the feedback cycle for data anomalies has been reduced from 1 hour to within 5 minutes, significantly improving anomaly response efficiency.
Based on existing usage analysis, product quality, equipment utilization, and per capita output at TCL CSOT have all seen comprehensive improvements with the support of the Dongzhi Platform. The expected annual improvement benefits exceed 30 million RMB.
