Smart Manufacturing Shines in Pengcheng, Smart Factory Promotion and Benchmark Factory Inspection Training Successfully Held
On November 20-21, the "Smart Factory Promotion and Benchmark Factory Inspection Training," organized by e-works Digital Enterprise Network and the Guangdong Intelligent Robot Research Institute, and hosted by Guangzhou Zhixin Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully held in Shenzhen. As part of the e-works Smart Manufacturing Training Series, this training attracted over 50 senior executives from manufacturing companies and heads of relevant smart manufacturing departments.

On the afternoon of the 20th, Liu Qirong, Senior Solution Architect at Getech, focused on industrial field data management, explaining how to activate value with data. He pointed out that as a new smart enabling tool in the industrial field, the core significance of the Industrial Internet lies in activating the value of industrial field data; field data management is a blue ocean in the red ocean market of the Industrial Internet. Then, from the perspectives of what industrial field data management is, how to do it, and how to do it well, he analyzed its connotation, significance, and value, and shared Getech's typical cases in promoting frame glue pressure monitoring at CSOT, vacuum pump (DryPump) anomaly monitoring, and PG lighting voltage monitoring.

He also pointed out that industrial AI faces both challenges and opportunities: on one hand, AI applications in industry still face challenges in cost, validation environment, talent, and technology; on the other hand, the visualization of black-box industrial field data management and intelligent data monetization will drive the "self-evolution" of factories.
