MIIT Leaders Visit Gechange’s Benchmark Case—TCL CSOT

On the afternoon of September 23, accompanied by He Jun, CEO of Gechange, Director Feng Wei and his delegation first visited TCL CSOT’s smart manufacturing unmanned factory. The factory uses a fully automated control system, greatly improving efficiency and reducing labor consumption.
Over the past few years, Gechange has assisted TCL CSOT in comprehensively deploying smart manufacturing, creating a highly automated, digitalized, visualizable, model-based, networked, and integrated smart factory for display panels, achieving remarkable results.
In 2020, Gechange developed the ADC (Artificial Intelligence Automatic Defect Classification System) for TCL CSOT, which is the first truly implemented AI application in China’s semiconductor display industry. In 2021, Gechange helped TCL CSOT win the IDC Future Enterprise Award—Future Digital Innovation Leader title.

Gechange CEO He Jun Details the Development of the Dongzhi Industrial Internet Platform

At the meeting, He Jun, CEO of Gechange, provided a detailed report to Director Feng Wei and his delegation on the development of the Dongzhi Industrial Internet Platform. Born in the pan-semiconductor industry, often referred to as the “jewel in the crown of manufacturing,” Gechange has honed the Dongzhi Industrial Internet Platform to possess industry-leading performance and has achieved vertical integration in the semiconductor display industry chain.
Leveraging practical experience in the pan-semiconductor industry, Gechange has modularized core experiences and technical capabilities for digital transformation in advanced manufacturing, enabling cross-industry empowerment. It has created over a hundred digital transformation cases in more than 30 industries, including 3C electronics, communication equipment, new energy, aircraft manufacturing, petroleum and petrochemicals, automotive parts, pharmaceuticals, and machinery,孵化出多款通用型“明星产品”。

Subsequently, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions. Director Feng Wei expressed high recognition of Gechange’s industrial internet platform development path and provided guidance on future development directions and priorities.

This powerful collaboration will see the Electronic Standards Institute and Gechange engage in deep cooperation in areas such as industrial internet standard research and formulation, promotion of the national standard for smart manufacturing capability maturity models, consulting and diagnostic services for manufacturing enterprise digital transformation, and research on national standards for industrial equipment data dictionaries. Together, they will drive the digital transformation of manufacturing in Guangdong and across China.
