On October 28, the '2021 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area New Economy Pioneer Enterprises Top 50' list was officially released, jointly selected by KPMG China, Greater Bay Area Technology Innovation Service Center, and other units. GETECH successfully made the list based on its own strength.

As a major national regional strategy, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is building a global technology innovation platform, constructing an open innovation system, improving innovation cooperation mechanisms, and gradually developing into a global important technology industry innovation center.

This selection activity, themed 'Innovation-Driven, Gathering Strength in the Bay Area', took half a year to evaluate, organizing an expert jury of nearly 50 people, conducting over 60 online interviews and offline surveys, covering participating enterprises from five cities: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Zhuhai, and Dongguan; quantitative scoring was based on aspects such as technological innovation capability, future growth potential, comprehensive management ability, and financing ability.

Li Chen, Partner at KPMG China, mentioned that the上榜 enterprises have clear development goals and positioning, can fully utilize regional policies and resource advantages, and have broad development space.

In the Top 50 list, enterprises with core businesses covering digital economy and software are the majority, with 27 companies, accounting for 54%; followed by intelligent manufacturing equipment and biomedicine & health, each accounting for about 16%; new materials account for 6%; other categories account for about 8%. GETECH and Rootcloud represent outstanding enterprises in the industrial internet field, making the list.

Relying on its self-developed low-code/zero-code Dongzhi Industrial Internet Platform, GETECH builds a technology innovation platform, with key technological achievements such as Dongzhi Energy Management EMS, Dongzhi Equipment Health Management EHM, and Dongzhi Visual Inspection, helping to break through key common technologies restricting the development of Guangdong's electronic information industry cluster, exploring key issues of deep technology empowerment for IT and OT integration professionals, and providing strong support for advancing the construction of a technologically strong province and country.
