To promote the large-scale application of industrial internet platforms and fully support the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises and the modernization of industrial chains, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) organized the collection of '2021 Industrial Internet Platform Innovation Leading Application Cases' and recently announced the shortlisted entries.

Greatech Eastern Intelligence successfully made the list with its case 'Domestic Substitution Innovation Application of Chip Manufacturing Equipment Automation EAP Software,' becoming a leading demonstration in intelligent manufacturing!

The 'Innovation Leading Application Cases' focus on key issues faced by industrial enterprises, covering six application models: platform-based design, digital management, intelligent manufacturing, personalized customization, networked collaboration, and service-oriented extension. The initiative aims to select a batch of technologically advanced, effective, and replicable industrial internet platform application cases to promote the innovative development of industrial internet.
The 'Intelligent Manufacturing' direction addresses issues such as outdated traditional processes, low production efficiency, and weak management control capabilities. Through the digital transformation of manufacturing processes, it promotes data interoperability between equipment, systems, and platforms, enabling dynamic perception, real-time analysis, and scientific decision-making for production processes. This enhances production efficiency and product quality, improves resource and energy utilization, and elevates production safety levels, achieving data-driven intelligent production.

Semiconductor manufacturing has long been hailed as the 'crown jewel' of manufacturing and represents high-end manufacturing. As semiconductor manufacturing processes become increasingly complex, chip integration levels rise, and production equipment expands, tasks such as equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, previously reliant on human effort, can no longer meet demands. Against the backdrop of domestic equipment manufacturing, the semiconductor industry is gradually achieving breakthroughs in domestic equipment. Among these, the EAP system plays a critical and indispensable role in the domestic and specialized development of CIMS systems.
