Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) announced the "2021 List of Outstanding Industrial Internet APP Solutions." Getech was honored for its "Equipment Health Management (EHM) APP Solution Based on the Industrial Internet." This marks the second time Getech's self-developed product has been included in the most authoritative certification list in the industrial internet field, following the selection of its "MFA Multi-Factor Analysis APP Application Solution" in 2019.

In September this year, MIIT organized the selection of outstanding industrial internet APP solutions for 2021, focusing on four categories: secure and reliable industrial APPs, basic common industrial APPs, industry-general industrial APPs, and enterprise-specific industrial APPs. On December 27, MIIT publicized the list of outstanding solutions for 2021, with 132 APPs nationwide selected, including Getech's "Equipment Health Management (EHM) APP Solution Based on the Industrial Internet."

Promoting the Localization of Industrial Software

In recent years, Getech has been committed to technological innovation and practical application in the industrial software field, accelerating the localization process of industrial software.
The award-winning Getech Equipment Health Management (EHM) APP Solution (hereinafter referred to as Getech EHM) is an integrated equipment health management platform built on the latest industrial internet, IoT, 5G, and AI technologies. It enables rapid perception, real-time monitoring, early warning, coordinated response, intelligent maintenance, and diagnostics. It is the only equipment health management APP incubated in the pan-semiconductor industry and adaptable to both process and discrete industries.
Currently, Getech EHM has been deployed in over 10 industries and more than 100 leading customers. It includes thousands of equipment health analysis and predictive model algorithms, with tens of thousands of mechanistic models for key equipment across various industries. The platform manages and monitors hundreds of thousands of critical equipment units online.
Extensive practical experience in industries such as semiconductors, power, metallurgy, mining, petrochemicals, paper printing, subways, machining, and automotive manufacturing shows that Getech EHM can improve overall equipment efficiency by an average of 8% and reduce maintenance costs by 15%. It helps industrial enterprises achieve consistent monitoring of equipment process parameters, integrated equipment management, and find the optimal balance for maintenance cost-effectiveness.
Designed for real industrial application scenarios, Getech EHM is lightweight, flexible, and highly scalable. Both hardware and software support distributed deployment and provide tools for secondary development and model training. Self-developed sensors offer various communication/bus protocols to meet diverse equipment and signal data acquisition needs. The software supports modular deployment of individual functions, including IoT, process engines, development platforms, and MFA multi-factor analysis tools. For enterprises with secondary development capabilities, it enables customized business function development, equipment model construction, and fault diagnosis model training.

Getech Forging Ahead

In recent years, the industry has reached a consensus that industrial APPs are formal industrial applications that encapsulate industrial technical knowledge, experience, and rules, representing the main outcome of industrial technology softwareization. Policy efforts are also promoting the large-scale development and application of industrial APPs. In July 2018, MIIT issued the "Industrial Internet Platform Construction and Promotion Guide" to accelerate the systematic, large-scale, and high-quality development of industrial APPs, thereby activating industrial data and knowledge resources to empower industrial quality improvement, efficiency gains, and industrial transformation.
Driven by industry consensus and policy guidance, Getech focuses on modeling industrial data and continuously optimizing models, as well as refining and abstracting existing industrial technical knowledge. It has developed two major types of industrial APPs. By the end of 2021, the Getech Industrial Application Intelligence Platform had accumulated over 20,000 industrial models and more than 1,500 industrial APPs, preliminarily achieving the沉淀 (precipitation), reuse, and promotion of industrial knowledge.
