Since 2020, Gotech Intelligence and Luxshare Precision Industry (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Luxshare Group) have formed a deep strategic partnership, helping Luxshare Group reduce costs and increase efficiency in warehousing management, production processes, and more, thereby improving profitability.

By the end of 2021, two collaborative projects between Gotech Intelligence and Luxshare Group—the automated warehouse project and the semi-automatic PPS project—were successfully delivered with high quality, receiving high recognition from Luxshare Group's senior leadership and being rated as benchmark automation projects.

As a major supplier to Apple, Luxshare Precision was established on May 24, 2004, focusing on the R&D of precision machinery. It is also a leading company in the 3C industry, with products such as connectors, cables, motors, wireless charging, FPC, antennas, acoustic modules, and electronic modules widely used in consumer electronics, communications, enterprise-level, automotive, medical, and other critical global fields. Since its listing, Luxshare Precision has achieved an annual compound growth rate of 50% in revenue.
The automated warehouse project built by Gotech Intelligence's smart equipment team is Luxshare Group's first warehouse with picking functionality, also a 'first' in Apple's supply chain—the first to use AGVs for goods picking, significantly improving warehousing and logistics efficiency while reducing costs and increasing productivity.


Despite complex processes, numerous challenges, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Gotech Intelligence's smart equipment team leveraged extensive project experience, advanced technical methods, and a solid platform foundation to complete the project delivery perfectly and on time after over nine months of development, debugging, and mass production optimization. This significantly reduced Luxshare Group's warehouse management labor costs and improved space utilization.


The successful delivery of the automated warehouse project laid a solid foundation for further close cooperation between the two parties. Recently, Gotech Intelligence and Luxshare Group embarked on another in-depth collaboration by launching the semi-automatic PPS project, which involves attaching shipping labels and conducting three-code comparison checks for different types of products before shipment, optimizing production processes and improving sorting efficiency.
Within just one month of deploying Gotech Intelligence's automation equipment, the factory production line achieved mass production results, with shipping efficiency at least doubling compared to the previous manual production line.
The automated warehouse and semi-automatic PPS projects made Gotech Intelligence highly successful within Luxshare Group and Apple's supply chain system. As demonstration projects, they attracted visits from senior leaders of multiple subsidiaries.
Riding the momentum, the future looks promising. The title of 'Excellent Supplier for Jiashan Luxshare' is a recognition of Gotech Intelligence's product and technical capabilities. In the future, Gotech Intelligence will continue to deepen its expertise, using leading products and technologies to empower advanced manufacturing enterprises across various industries, driving the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing sector from point to surface.
