The equipment health management (EHM) expert system - Getech PreMaint, built on internet technology, is an integrated platform for rapid sensing, real-time monitoring, early warning, coordinated handling, intelligent maintenance, and diagnosis. It integrates data from DCS, PLC, SCADA, MES, sensors, IoT, etc., constructing multi-source data models centered on equipment processes and conditions to establish effective health assessment models and comprehensive digital lifecycle models; awarded the 2021 MIIT 'Excellent Industrial Internet APP Solution' title.
By deploying Getech PreMaint on offshore oil pumps, integrating multi-source equipment data, conducting signal analysis and monitoring effective values. Utilizing equipment fault alarm algorithms based on degradation process models and automatic diagnostic algorithms via data mining, combined with CNOOC equipment experts' process knowledge, to achieve online condition monitoring of pump groups, rapid anomaly localization, early fault state warning, and intelligent fault diagnosis. This provides strong data support for abnormal cause analysis and predictive maintenance, effectively enhancing the technical level of CNOOC unit operation management.
Meanwhile, Getech PreMaint identifies key factors causing stability anomalies and provides improvement methods, helping CNOOC Equipment technicians quickly locate causes and make precise adjustments during abnormal fluctuations, thereby improving operational stability.
