Focus on R&D to Lead Tech Innovation and Explore New Growth Drivers
On May 5, the list of "2022 New Cross-Industry and Cross-Domain Industrial Internet Platforms" (referred to as "Dual-Cross Platforms") selected by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) was announced. Getech, Baidu, Meiyun Zhishu, and 11 other industrial internet companies were included.
The "Dual-Cross Platform" is a national strategy aimed at advancing China's digital economy infrastructure and supporting the transformation of the manufacturing industry. As industrial internet platforms move from the popularization phase to the effectiveness phase, requirements for capabilities such as solution provision, empowerment across industries, and social contributions have become more stringent.
As of the list's release, platforms like Getech have accumulated nearly 30,000 industrial models and over 10,000 industrial apps, serving more than 20 sectors including new energy and 3C electronics. They have established benchmark cases for leading companies, with applications covering 9 areas such as production, quality control, and energy conservation.
"Technology is the cornerstone of enterprise development. Only by continuously applying cutting-edge technologies to industrial sites can industrial internet tech companies enhance their competitiveness," said a Getech representative. The company will accelerate R&D in smart energy, carbon management, and green smart park management platforms to provide comprehensive green manufacturing solutions, reduce energy costs, and promote green transformation.
Under the "Dual-Cross" strategy, leading industrial internet companies like Getech will collaborate with manufacturers and other stakeholders to enhance sustainable development capabilities and lead the high-quality growth of Chinese manufacturing.
