Recently, the Eighth China International "Internet Plus" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition announced the shortlisted propositions for the industry proposition track, and registration is officially open. Competing teams can update existing systems or propose innovative solutions.

Proposition Two

Interconnection of AGV with MES and WMS Systems in Multi-Network Environments such as 5G

With the development of industrial internet technologies, flexible and smart manufacturing face new challenges. Competing teams need to provide solutions involving edge computing, cloud communication, real-time control based on 5G & OPC UA, visual inspection, digital twins, remote operation and maintenance, MES, WMS, and other typical industrial applications, demonstrating scenarios, test results, configurations, and analyses.

Proposition Three

IoT-Based Predictive Maintenance on Industrial Internet Platforms

Empowering Frontline Production Employees

Industrial sites like energy and petrochemicals face harsh environments, inconvenient manual maintenance, and high management requirements. Competing teams need to use predictive maintenance training platforms or enterprise data, applying one or more of the six functional modules: basic equipment data, planned maintenance, parametric maintenance, spare parts management, remote maintenance, and predictive maintenance. By helping factories implement equipment management systems and sort out fault mechanism models, build a comprehensive health management system centered on equipment health operation.

Proposition Four

AGV Solutions Combining Industrial Internet and AI Based on High-Definition Cameras and Sensors

AGV products are increasingly used with automated equipment like sorting, handling, and palletizing. Competing teams can update existing systems or propose innovative solutions to enhance AGV's target recognition and ranging capabilities, route learning and stable navigation, and control performance of scheduling systems.

Proposition Five

Research on PVD and CVD Film Formation Mechanisms in the Semiconductor Industry

PVD and CVD film formation is critical in the semiconductor industry, and the adaptive handling of distribution changes due to target material replacement is a common issue. Competing teams are required to use the MFA tool on industrial internet platforms to achieve engineering management, data import, data preprocessing, data exploration, feature processing, model building, evaluation, and management.

Methods for Constructing Influencing Factor Features in Industrial Scenarios (Especially Semiconductor Industry)

In the era of big data, data has become a new production factor. Fully utilizing production and equipment data collected and accumulated in manufacturing to uncover hidden value is a challenging yet crucial task for enterprises undergoing intelligent transformation. Competing teams are required to use the quality module on industrial internet platforms to achieve engineering management, data import, data preprocessing, data exploration, feature processing, model building, evaluation, and management.
