The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently announced the list of 2022 Big Data Industry Development Pilot Demonstration Projects, covering three major areas with eight directions, including data element market cultivation, key big data products and services, and industry big data applications.

In the direction of key big data products, Getech's project, 'Data Intelligent Analysis Platform for Improving Product Yield in the Pan-Semiconductor Industry' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Semiconductor Yield Improvement Intelligent Analysis Platform'), was successfully selected. This demonstrates its key supporting role in activating the potential of data elements and its leading influence in the industry as a benchmark demonstration project.

As a representative of advanced manufacturing, the semiconductor industry is characterized by complex processes, high reliability requirements, and difficulties in data analysis. The demand for high product yield makes yield improvement extremely challenging, and traditional statistical analysis methods can no longer meet the need for continuous improvement in yield.

Getech's 'Semiconductor Yield Improvement Intelligent Analysis Platform' aims to enhance product yield in the pan-semiconductor industry. Based on a hybrid cloud framework, it integrates BI and AI-driven industrial intelligence, accumulates industry model components and algorithms, and creates a series of intelligent applications for big data analysis in yield improvement. It addresses yield enhancement issues, improves manufacturing efficiency, reduces capacity waste, and has been applied in wafer manufacturing and LCD panel production.

This independently controllable project features technological leadership, innovative models, and strong replicability, making it pioneering for the domestic industrial intelligent data analysis market.

By providing a low-cost, implementable industrial data analysis platform, it helps manufacturing enterprises realize the value of industrial data, creating demonstration projects to lead the industry in pioneering industrial data analysis. The application of big data also strengthens the digital mindset of factory managers and on-site personnel, shifting from experience-based decision-making to data-driven scientific standards, thereby driving changes in production methods.
