School-Enterprise Cooperation, Exploring New Mechanisms for Industry-Education Integration in the Semiconductor Industry
On August 17, Getech and the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Nanjing Institute of Technology officially signed the 'Agreement on Jointly Building a Graduate Training Base', to promote industry-education integration.
The agreement stipulates that both parties will deeply cooperate in areas such as graduate management and training mechanisms, faculty team building, scientific research collaboration, and laboratory construction, jointly exploring new mechanisms for industry-education integration and cultivating high-level talents needed for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
Huang Jiacai, Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Nanjing Institute of Technology, highly affirmed Getech's deep accumulation in the semiconductor industry and expressed hope that both parties would take the construction of the graduate training base as an opportunity for in-depth cooperation, establishing a model of school-enterprise cooperation in the semiconductor industry that influences the Yangtze River Delta region, connecting teaching with social and industry demands, making the goals of talent cultivation and teaching research more aligned with enterprise needs, and achieving a win-win situation for both school and enterprise.

After the signing ceremony, both parties jointly participated in the seminar on the construction of the integrated circuit major at Nanjing Institute of Technology.
