Getech uses self-developed SPC to enhance fine quality management for leading semiconductor companies
Recently, Getech and a leading semiconductor company successfully held the SPC project kick-off meeting. The project will introduce Getech SPC to replace the existing SPC system, helping the client's two semiconductor factories achieve full-process analysis and control, CPK improvement, and product yield increase. Starting from this project, data-driven management will be used to build a "continuous improvement" quality culture for all employees.
As a leading manufacturer in the vertically integrated field of chip design and manufacturing, device packaging and testing, terminal sales and service, the client gradually realized in the pursuit of higher production quality that traditional SPC systems have core pain points such as limited data monitoring scope, single analysis and control functions, and lack of customization and secondary development support, unable to meet more detailed and complex business needs. There is an urgent need to find a new solution with standardized systems, diverse system interfaces, support for diverse monitoring data, and rich customization functions.
