Recently, GETECH completed an SPC project implementation for a leading semiconductor company. By introducing GETECH SPC and replacing the original SPC system, the project will help the customer's two semiconductor factories achieve comprehensive production process analysis and control, CPK improvement, and product yield enhancement.
