In 2022, GETECH invested hundreds of millions in R&D, an increase of 38% compared to 2021. Every iteration and upgrade of products and technologies, and every authoritative recognition and honor, demonstrates GETECH's determination to root itself in the technology field and continuously advance its scientific research and innovation capabilities.
In May 2022, the Dongzhi Industrial Application Intelligent Platform was certified as a cross-industry, cross-domain industrial internet platform by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, becoming China's first national-level dual-cross platform originating from the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

In December 2022, GETECH was awarded the CMMI Level 5 certification by the CMMI Institute, officially becoming a software enterprise with the highest innovation and R&D capabilities. CMMI is one of the highest-standard and most difficult certifications in the global software industry, representing the most advanced software engineering methods internationally. Data shows that currently, 786 Chinese software enterprises have passed CMMI Level 5 certification, accounting for only about 2% of the total number of large-scale software enterprises in China.

Currently, GETECH has applied for 50 invention patents, with 14 already authorized, strongly supporting the continuous upgrade of Gechuang's products and solutions. Strengthening R&D innovation drive, GETECH's top talent team provides important support.
GETECH has always regarded talent development as a long-term development strategy. Currently, GETECH has over 1,500 employees globally, with technical personnel accounting for more than 50%. GETECH particularly focuses on the organizational construction of IT&OT复合型 talent teams, building an IT&OT integrated technical team with experience in advanced manufacturing.

Taking the semiconductor team as an example, GETECH's core technical experts come from leading semiconductor companies at home and abroad such as Applied Materials, Intel, IBM, TSMC, and Silan Micro, with an average industry experience of over 15 years. In August 2022, the first four semiconductor industry experts from GETECH joined the SEMI China Standards Committee, fully leveraging GETECH's rich semiconductor intelligent manufacturing technology and experience to actively promote the formulation of international industry standards.

While building a top talent team, GETECH also actively constructs an external expert advisory team, gathering a "think tank" of scholars and experts from research institutes, leading enterprises, and renowned universities, engaging in in-depth interactions around technical guidance, experience sharing, and project cooperation.
