As a technology platform enterprise, Getech Eastwisdom always regards innovation and R&D as the core driving force for development.

In 2022, Getech Eastwisdom invested hundreds of millions of yuan in R&D, a 38% increase from 2021. Each iteration and upgrade of products and technologies, and every authoritative recognition and honor, demonstrate Getech Eastwisdom's determination to root in the technology field and continuously improve its scientific research and innovation capabilities.

In May 2022, the Eastwisdom Industrial Application Intelligent Platform was certified as a cross-industry cross-domain industrial internet platform by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, becoming China's only national-level dual-cross platform originating from the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

*In May, Getech Eastwisdom was rated as a national-level dual-cross platform. The picture shows Getech's expert team successfully passing the defense.

In December 2022, Getech Eastwisdom won the CMMI Level 5 assessment certificate from the CMMI Institute, officially becoming a software enterprise with the highest innovation and R&D capability. CMMI is one of the highest-standard and most difficult certifications in the global software industry, representing the most advanced software engineering methods internationally. Data shows that currently, 786 Chinese software enterprises have passed CMMI Level 5 certification, accounting for only about 2% of the total number of scale-above software enterprises in China.

Currently, Getech Eastwisdom has applied for 50 invention patents and obtained 14 authorizations, strongly supporting the continuous upgrade of Getech's products and solutions. Its innovative products and solutions have been widely used in advanced manufacturing industries such as semiconductors, new energy, 3C electronics, aerospace, etc.

*In September, Getech's self-developed CIM was fully launched at Suzhou China Star Optoelectronics. Leaders from both sides attended the 'Smart Factory Key' delivery ceremony.

In November 2022, Getech Eastwisdom successfully completed a Series B financing of hundreds of millions of yuan, which will further support optimizing the technological innovation mechanism, upgrading the R&D organization system, and exploring cutting-edge technologies. Only by persisting in innovation and R&D can we move in sync with the times. Strengthening R&D innovation drive, Getech Eastwisdom's top talent team provides important support.

All along, Getech Eastwisdom has regarded talent construction as a long-term development strategy. Currently, Getech Eastwisdom has over 1500 global employees, with technicians accounting for more than 50%. Getech Eastwisdom particularly focuses on the organizational construction of IT&OT复合型 talent teams, building an IT&OT integrated technology team with experience in advanced manufacturing.

*In November, Getech Eastwisdom's CIM system expert Wang Fan delivered a speech at the TCL Technology Innovation Conference's intelligent manufacturing application forum.

Taking the semiconductor team as an example, Getech Eastwisdom's core technical experts come from leading semiconductor companies at home and abroad such as Applied Materials, Intel, IBM, TSMC, and Silan Micro, with an average industry experience of over 15 years. In August 2022, the first four semiconductor industry experts from Getech Eastwisdom joined the SEMI China Standards Committee, fully utilizing Getech Eastwisdom's rich semiconductor intelligent manufacturing technology and experience to actively promote the formulation of industry international standards.

*In November, Getech Eastwisdom's Semiconductor Business Unit General Manager Xiao Changbao shared a full-stack intelligent manufacturing solution for the semiconductor industry at the SEMICON forum.

While building a top talent team, Getech Eastwisdom also actively constructs an external expert advisory team, gathering a group of scholars and experts from research institutes, leading enterprises, and famous universities as a 'think tank', engaging in deep interactions around technical guidance, experience sharing, project cooperation, etc.

*In November, Getech Eastwisdom specially appointed Dr. Ding Xianfeng, a senior expert in the semiconductor industry, as an expert advisor.
