GETECH: Two-Year Chronicle in Shanghai
On the afternoon of October 25, the first fourth member conference and first fifth council and supervisory board meeting of the Shanghai Industrial Internet Association was successfully held. Attendees included Zhang Ying, Deputy Director of the Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and Guan Weiyong, President of the Shanghai Federation of Industrial Economics.
The meeting reviewed and approved the association's work and financial reports since 2021, and recognized outstanding members and enterprises for 2021.
As a newcomer to Shanghai's industrial internet industry, GETECH, along with 18 other excellent enterprises, won the 2021 "Co-creation Leadership Award" for its outstanding performance in the Shanghai market; GETECH's marketing department also received the 2021 "Excellent Liaison Officer" title for its responsive and proactive work attitude.
Industrial internet is becoming a key support for high-quality development in the Yangtze River Delta. In early 2021, GETECH officially established its Yangtze River Delta regional headquarters in Shanghai's Qingpu District.
Among national manufacturing bases, the Yangtze River Delta has a solid foundation for digital transformation, with digital management and development levels leading nationally. As the central area of the Yangtze River Delta, Shanghai is focusing on comprehensive urban digital transformation and promoting the Yangtze River Delta Digital Trunk Line, aiming for a core industrial internet scale of 200 billion yuan by 2025; forming a "12345" manufacturing digital transformation leadership pattern: 10 pilot demonstration parks, 200 demonstration smart factories, 30 industrial internet platforms, 40 "industrial empowerment chain leaders", and 50 super scenarios.
Over the past two years, GETECH has focused on serving high-tech manufacturing like semiconductor chips and new energy, actively promoted Shanghai's industrial internet industry, empowered enterprises with digital transformation through excellent platforms and professional teams, implemented many digital benchmark applications in the Yangtze River Delta, and received recognition from government, media, and others.
Enterprise Collaboration Section
• Semiconductor Industry: GETECH partnered with a semiconductor panel manufacturer in the Yangtze River Delta to assist its digital transformation. To date, GETECH has helped the enterprise replace over 90% of core systems with domestically produced systems, achieving original system standards; and implemented closed-loop business process management, laying a foundation for optimized factory production management.
• This project was selected as an excellent case of manufacturing digital transformation in the "Industrial Empowerment Engine: Shanghai Industrial Internet Innovation Development Practice Case Collection" released by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization.
• Auto Parts Industry: GETECH collaborated with China Mobile Research Institute and Danyang Mobile to build a "5G Digital Factory" for Changcheng Automotive, a leading auto parts enterprise in the Yangtze River Delta, jointly developing a "5G+Industrial Internet" integrated application demonstration project.
• The project transformed Changcheng Automotive's Danyang factory into a first-class "5G Digital Factory" in equipment, processes, and management, achieving "11157" project results, and was certified as one of the top ten benchmark application cases of "5G+Industrial Internet" by "Industrial Internet World", a media under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
• 3C Electronics Industry: Since 2020, GETECH has formed a deep strategic partnership with Luxshare Precision Industry (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Luxshare Group), helping Luxshare Group reduce costs and increase efficiency in warehousing management, production processes, and more.
• By the end of 2021, two collaboration projects between GETECH and Luxshare Group: the automated warehouse project and semi-automatic PPS project, were successfully delivered with high quality, rated as benchmark automation projects, and GETECH was awarded "Excellent Supplier".
Market Activities Section
• In January 2022, the launch meeting for the "Yangtze River Delta Digital Trunk Line" construction was held at the Yangtze River Delta (Shanghai) Financial Industry Park. Attendees included Wu Jincheng, Director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Ruan Qing, Deputy Director of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and Executive Deputy Director of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Cooperation Office, Zhou Lan, Deputy Director of the Municipal Commission of Commerce, Xu Jian, Secretary of the Qingpu District Committee, Yang Xiaojing, Deputy Secretary and District Mayor, and others.
• At the meeting, GETECH, along with over 50 enterprises including Huawei and NetEase, was invited to join the "Yangtze River Delta Digital Trunk Line Construction · Partner Action", committed to accelerating digital high-quality development in the Yangtze River Delta.
• In April 2022, the 2022 Issue 4 "Shanghai Industrial Internet Work Bulletin" was released, guided by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization and compiled by the Shanghai Industrial Internet Association.
• GETECH was invited for an in-depth interview, clearly presenting its thoughts on the "Industrial Internet Platform + Park" model and core construction ideas.
• In October 2022, GETECH was invited to attend the "China Smart Factory Construction and Operation Summit" to share paths and cases of industrial internet promoting digital factory construction. Yan Shaolin, GETECH's Digital Consulting Pre-sales Director, pointed out in his speech:
• Based on GETECH's experience in serving over 20,000 manufacturing enterprises in digitalization, it has keenly noticed that domestic enterprises' digital transformation thinking has significantly changed, shifting from focusing on traditional capabilities like technology products to building new capabilities like user value.
After two years of layout, GETECH has over 300 employees in the Yangtze River Delta region; and built an "Industrial Internet Innovation Exhibition Hall" to fully display its industrial internet platform, innovative applications, and benchmark cases.
This time, receiving two honorary titles from the Shanghai Industrial Internet Association is a阶段性 recognition of GETECH's two-year layout in Shanghai, and also a driving force for its continued support of Shanghai's industrial internet development.
In the future, GETECH will continue to use the industrial internet platform as the new infrastructure base for digital transformation, create more excellent manufacturing digital solutions and cases, and contribute to the digital transformation of manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta region.
