Data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shows that the industrial internet has been fully integrated into 45 major categories of the national economy, with the industry scale exceeding one trillion yuan. China's industrial internet development has achieved a series of landmark results, and leading enterprises in the industry have also attracted much attention.

Authoritative party media "Xuexi Qiangguo" reported on GETECH, a dual-cross platform enterprise originating from the semiconductor industry, focusing on its use of innovative technologies to cultivate new momentum for industrial development and leveraging platform strength to collaborate with leading enterprises and partners to promote the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of manufacturing in Central China.

In high-end manufacturing fields such as semiconductor manufacturing and new energy, where excellent quality and high yield rates are the "lifeline," a 1% increase in yield rate may bring nearly ten million yuan in benefits. At the Wuhan China Star Optoelectronics Factory, an "intelligent guardian" uses big data, AI deep learning, machine vision, and other technologies to compare product images with a known defect image database. Through advanced algorithm models, it intelligently detects defect types, automatically analyzes defects, and provides early warnings, improving the efficiency and accuracy of quality inspection for enterprises.

This "guardian" is precisely the "Dongzhi Industrial Application Intelligent Platform" by Hubei GETECH Technology Co., Ltd. Recently, this national-level "dual-cross" platform, originating from the semiconductor manufacturing industry, was selected by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as one of the 14 "2022 New Cross-Industry Cross-Domain Industrial Internet Platforms."

The industrial internet is an important support for promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and cultivating the development of advanced manufacturing. In recent years, China has accelerated the construction of a "comprehensive + specialized + professional" industrial internet platform system. Among these, the "dual-cross" platforms represent the highest level of domestic industrial internet platforms. A Changjiang Daily reporter observed that among the 28 selected national-level "dual-cross" platforms, over 60% are located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, with many relying on leading manufacturing enterprises, such as Midea's Midea Cloud Intelligence Platform, XCMG's XCMG Hancloud, and Haier's Haier COSMOPlat.

Hubei GETECH Technology Co., Ltd. is the operational headquarters of GETECH. Incubated by TCL, GETECH serves 22 industries. In its second year after establishment in Shenzhen, it was introduced to Wuhan and has been selected as a Wuhan municipal industrial intelligence transformation consulting and diagnostic platform for three consecutive years. Notably, TCL China Star (CSOT) under TCL is one of the global leaders in semiconductor display, with a total investment of over 75 billion yuan in Wuhan in recent years. Last year, Wuhan China Star Optoelectronics achieved a total output value of approximately 18 billion yuan, ranking first globally in LTPS tablet panel shipments and second in LTPS notebook panel shipments.

He Jun, CEO of GETECH, stated in an interview that the company is optimistic about Wuhan's solid manufacturing foundation and the development prospects of the industrial internet. It will continue to扎根 (root itself) in Wuhan, Hubei, a national manufacturing hub, with plans to invest 2 billion yuan over five years. Targeting Wuhan's "965" industrial clusters, it will collaborate with local governments and leading manufacturing enterprises to build 10 benchmark factories and 3–5 distinctive industrial clusters, promoting deep integration of industry, academia, and research in the industrial internet and nurturing talent in the field.
