Recently, the kick-off meeting for the energy and carbon management digital platform project of Fudi Battery Consumer Battery Division SZB Factory (hereinafter referred to as 'Fudi Battery SZB Factory') was successfully held!


Getech Dongzhi assists SZB Factory in building an energy and carbon management digital platform, using digital and AI technologies to maximize energy and carbon value, helping Fudi Battery create a benchmark green manufacturing factory.

This project will help Fudi Battery achieve:


1. Improved energy consumption measurement: By enhancing underlying data collection, achieve unified access to energy consumption data across multiple SZB factory areas, forming standardized measurement standards to lay a solid data foundation for subsequent applications;

2. Digital management: Build an energy and carbon management digital system for Fudi Battery SZB Factory based on the Dongzhi platform, achieving core functions such as centralized monitoring, alerts, online analysis, and energy operation and maintenance for SZB Factory, enhancing the digital and intelligent levels of energy management and control, as well as management efficiency;

3. Build an energy and carbon management system: Establish a data-driven energy and carbon management system, achieving a three-level measurement system for public auxiliary power systems at the 'factory-process-process step' level; simultaneously establish an emission reduction management and control system, promoting the construction of an energy and carbon assessment system;

4. Implement energy conservation and consumption reduction: Carry out centralized control transformation of air compressors, optimize energy efficiency analysis and control strategies to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction; through data empowerment, explore process scenarios to promote energy conservation and consumption reduction, such as analyzing output-end and end-point data differences to achieve intelligent operation.
